Hi, I’m Chris Goodwin, the independent developer behind SuperGoodwin.
I’ve spent more than a decade working across game design, development, marketing, web, and creative production. Before Eye Trip, I developed the satirical mobile game Gnome Dash: Rise of the Trolls, released two Facebook games that reached more than half a million unique views, and launched the online multiplayer game Tubetastic: World Splashfest on Steam.
By day, I’m a Creative Director at Reverb Communications, helping game developers bring their worlds to players. SuperGoodwin is where I turn that experience and a lifelong love of arcade games into fun, colorful projects of my own.
My current game is Eye Trip, a psychedelic arcade roguelike shooter filled with fast runs, wild upgrades, hidden rooms, boss fights, and up to four-player local co-op. It plays instantly in the browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile (no download required).
I love making games with strong visual identities, approachable controls, surprising secrets, and the kind of chaos that makes you want one more run.
When I’m not building strange games, you can usually find me hiking into the woods with too much gear, swimming, or making noise on drums, keyboard, and guitar.
Follow SuperGoodwin for Eye Trip updates, devlogs, behind-the-scenes experiments, and whatever strange thing opens its eye next.
